We know that the gorgeous Sedona surroundings,
delightful art galleries and shops will be enticing
however, it is imperative to make a commitment to
yourself, your Life Mission and the other
participants to
attend ALL of the classes on the main program.
We accept an even number of participants for a
reason. Throughout the Training participants pair
off to practice the procedures they have just
learned. If a person is missing in a class it
disrupts the pairing-off plus the special bonding
that we have created to facilitate profound
healings.
It scatters the Group Energy. You will have
free time each day to get out in nature and/or be on
your own. You'll be glad to know that we will hold
some of the workshops outside in Vortexes and Sacred
Sites.

Training, or staying a few days afterwards to

Early Bird Temptations:
We offer
Yogacise
sessions a few mornings before breakfast. Yogacise
is a combination of Yoga and exercises that Dr.
Forrest put together for her hospital in Mexico.
It's easy and light, but works on all parts of the
body incorporating each muscle, ligament and joint.
People love it. We often
hike to a power point
early in the morning before it gets too hot. We’ll
go at your own pace. Energizing! You'll love it! The
views are spellbinding.

We will offer guided meditations prior to the class

you are flying in make sure that you will
arrive in
Sedona before 4:00 PM on the 22nd of August and
are scheduled to
depart
Sedona after 10:00 AM on the 5th.
Should you need to arrive a day earlier
please book your hotel room now as they sell out
very quickly..
Transportation from Airport To Sedona:
Please note:
a shuttle is available from Phoenix airport to
Sedona for a reasonable $45.00 each way. Phoenix -
Sedona takes approx. 2½ hours each way and needs to
be booked in advance. Sedona Airport Shuttle offers
8 departures daily 928-282-2066.
Should you decide to rent a car, which I
suggest, they are reasonable weekly packages.
Passports:
Even if you are an American it is strongly suggested
to have a passport, and you definitely need to have
Photo ID (Drivers license or Passport) when you
check in at the airport.
Any other
country - be sure to bring your passport and check
to see if you need a Visa.
IMPORTANT!
Due to heightened security please make sure that all
sharp objects like tweezers nail files, etc. and all
liquids, gels and pastes are in your checked in
luggage not your purse or carry-on.
Please do not pack any aerosol cans in any of
your luggage!
Vacation Rentals:
We have carefully chosen our accommodations. We
checked out several before finding the ones we have
chosen. We will be staying in enchanting, cozy
homes/condos, most with magnificent views of the Red
Rocks. They
are fully equipped with washers/dryers, dishwashers,
towels and bedding, etc. The accommodations are
complete with marvelous panoramic views of the
surrounding mountains, balmy breezes, and the
melodious songs of birds. Truly a marvelous setting
for our Retreat.
Meals:
Delightful dinning is yours here. Our superior chefs
will create tantalizing, healthy dishes for your
pleasure. Lunches are included in the Retreat
Package as well as the 1st and last
breakfast. Other than our 'Sharing Together Dinners,
and the opening and closing dinners, the few
remaining evening meals are not included so that you
can prepare the type of breakfast you prefer and
have the pleasure of eating at some of the fabulous
Sedona restaurants, or enjoying a relaxing at ‘home’
meal.
'Sharing Together Dinners:
The residents of each house get together to prepare
a meal one night, (one night per condo). These
dinners are always
such fun. So be sure to bring a favorite recipe.
Don't cook?
Don't worry! Be happy! There are many places
you can buy something good.
Dress Code:
Dress during the Retreat is extremely casual. Most
wear jogging/sweat suits, shorts or pants and a top
during the day and evening. Days are warm/hot and
evenings are cool. We will send you a list of
suggested things to bring.
You might want to bring something white to
wear for the healing ceremonies, especially the
Pyramid Initiation and the Atlantean Healing
Ceremony. The main thing is for you to be very
comfortable and at ease.
Please no
perfumes, hair sprays, etc. many are allergic.
Make up?….Just be your wonderful natural self!
Recording:
The
Training will be recorded and available for purchase
